Wiza has a new home in your browser.
The updated Wiza extension now opens in your browser’s side panel, so you can keep the LinkedIn page you’re researching in view while you work.
Important changes to LinkedIn workflows
NEW:
To help protect your LinkedIn account and keep Wiza aligned with LinkedIn’s changing rules and Terms of Service, we are removing bulk actions from the Wiza extension on LinkedIn.With this release, you will no longer be able to:
- LinkedIn to create or add to a list from a batch of people or companies from LinkedIn
- Export entire results from LinkedIn Sales Nacigator
The extension will continue to support individual contact workflows on full LinkedIn profile pages. You can reveal available contact details, add one person to a list, and use available CRM actions from the side panel.

- Open a full LinkedIn profile or company page:Wiza works from the full page, not a preview. If you are viewing a preview, open the profile or company in a new tab.
- Work side by side:Keep LinkedIn visible while Wiza is open in the side panel.
- Reveal and save one contact at a time:On supported profile pages, reveal available email addresses and phone numbers, then add that contact to a list.
- Use available CRM actions:If you have connected your CRM, use the available actions from the side panel.
- Prospect at scale with Wiza Prospect:Search Wiza’s database for contacts or companies, then export your results in bulk.

Wiza Anywhere (beta)
Prospecting does not happen in one place. Wiza Anywhere is our first step toward bringing Wiza to more of the profiles, websites, and research surfaces you use online.
On supported company websites, open Wiza to view company details and find contacts while you browse.
