Please add an ​Open to Work​ filter to the prospect search filters.

Today, users can select Open to Work as an advanced column after a list runs. However, they cannot use it to filter prospects before they run a list.

This creates a credit risk. A user may spend credits on prospects, then learn that the prospects do not have the Open to Work status they need.

Requested behavior

•   Let users choose Open to Work status before they run a list.

•   Support at least:

•   Open to Work

•   Not Open to Work

•   Any status

Tony asked for this because he wants to filter candidates before he spends credits on a list.

Impact​\

This would help recruiting users build more targeted candidate lists and avoid spending credits on unsuitable prospects.
